About the event

Enjoy this 2.5 hour self-care and yoga workshop with this special collaboration between Clinical Psychologist Dr Fiona Lynch from Inner Sage Health and Wellness and yin yoga teacher Anna Rimmer from Yoga Farm 3217. 

Fiona brings you her own human experience and her psychology knowledge to help inspire you to learn simple strategies to prioritise your self-care, allowing you to live the life most important to you.

You will walk away with a clear self-care plan to implement immediately, an understanding of where to find the time to look after your wellbeing, and a focus on living your meaningful life. Grounded in psychology principles to help you get the energy you need, enjoy the balance in life you desire, and have space and time to find joy in the important things in your life.

Following the 1.5 hour self-care workshop, Anna provides you with a beautiful 1 hour of a peaceful and nourishing yin yoga. Anna's yin yoga is suitable for anyone from beginners to advanced yogis, all fitness levels, and all body types. Unlike active yoga flows, yin allows you to soften and relax into poses. We think it's the perfect way to start prioritising your self-care immediately at the end of the workshop!

This workshop package for only $69 is valued at $145 and includes:

  • 1.5 hours workshop on prioritising self-care with Fiona + 1 hour yin yoga with Anna
  • Proven strategies and ideas to priotise new behaviours, in this case your self-care
  • Self-assessment of your self-care needs
  • Understanding of how to find the time for self-care

Yoga Farm 3217 is beautifully restored farmhouse that Anna and her family have transformed into a peaceful yoga studio. A small space for just 10 guests, Yoga Farm 3217 is a space of connection loved by the local community, and place to recharge the body, mind and soul. Yoga Farm 3217 was also where the idea of this very workshop and Inner Sage first came to life just over a year ago and it is such a delight to bring it to life there! Visit to see more.
