These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your use of Inner Sage Health and Wellness website and social media and should be read together with the Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms carefully. By using this website or Inner Sage Health and Wellness social media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use (or continue to use) this website or Inner Sage Health and Wellness social media if you do not agree to the Terms or the Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute an agreement between Inner Sage Health and Wellness’s Fiona Lynch ABN 54 311 747 980 (“Inner Sage”, “we”, “us”, “our”, the “Owner”), the owner and operator of the Website and any Services, and you (“you”, “your” or “user(s)”), a user of the Website, Social media, and/or Services (“Agreement”).

Users must be 18 years or older to purchase any of our products or Services or otherwise have consent from their parent or legal guardian.

Your access to this website and your ability to participate in all or certain parts of this website may be withdrawn, amended or terminated by the Owner at any time without notice and without any liability. Any limitations on the Owner’s liability will survive such termination.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations more than 14 days before an event will be refunded 50% of the event cost. Cancellations within 14 days of the event or failure to attend the event will incur the full fee and  no refund will be issued.

Discounts

Discount codes may be used for a limited time for certain events. Discounts are limited to one discount per customer or ticket. Discounts may be removed without notice at any stage.

7.1 Cookies are pieces of information that the Inner Sage website transfers to your computer's hard drive for record keeping purposes. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. We use them in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience (e.g. how much time spend on which pages, which links users choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.

7.2 The data that we collect include a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Our tools store this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile and they are contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

7.3 If you do not wish to receive any cookies, you can set your browser to refuse cookies. However, this may mean you will not be able to take full advantage of our services.

 

8. Storage and security of personal information

8.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is secure and may only be accessed by authorised persons.

8.3 We will retain personal information of former customers in accordance with law and this Policy for a period of at least 7 years from the date that their customer services ceased.
