Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations more than 14 days before an event will be refunded 50% of the event cost. Cancellations within 14 days of the event or failure to attend the event will incur the full fee and no refund will be issued.

Discounts

Discount codes may be used for a limited time for certain events. Discounts are limited to one discount per customer or ticket. Discounts may be removed without notice at any stage.

Our tools store this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile and they are contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
