Welcome to your online course on prioritising your self-care. Congratulations on making the very first step by landing on this page, you're already showing yourself that you're going to prioritise looking after your wellbeing from now on! Join Dr Fiona Lynch, Clinical Psychologist, as she guides you through this self-paced course, drawing on her own experience of burnout as well as principles from Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and motivational interviewing. These strategies are applied in this course made just for you to help you prioritise your self-care. From the start of this course, you'll be reassured to learn what you're already doing that is helping your wellbeing, you'll learn how to get the most out of what you do by noticing it first without needing to set unachievable 'perfect' self-care goals. For others, by the end of this course, we hope you’ll understand why you might not currently putting self-care first, how you can find the time for it, and why it’s important to you. All of this so that you start prioritising the right self-care for you from right now! In this course you'll find videos, presentations, worksheets and resources curated just for you. You can work through this course at the pace that suits you. And will have unlimited access for the lifetime of the course.
