About the event

Enjoy this self-care and yoga workshop as Clinical Psychologist Dr Fiona Lynch from Inner Sage Health and Wellness and yin yoga teacher Anna Rimmer from Yoga Farm 3217 join together to create this dedicated space for your wellbeing.

During the self-care component of the workshop, Fiona brings you her own experience and her psychology knowledge to help inspire you to learn simple strategies to prioritise your self-care, allowing you to live the life most important to you.

You will walk away with your own clear self-care plan that you develop to implement immediately, so that you can live your meaningful life. Grounded in psychology principles to help you get the energy you need, enjoy the balance in life you desire, and have space and time to find joy in the important things in your life.

Following the self-care workshop, Anna provides you with a beautiful one hour of nourishing yin yoga, suitable for beginners to advanced yogis, all fitness levels, and all body types. Unlike active yoga flows, yin allows you to soften and relax into the practice and poses. We think it's the perfect immediate self-care activity!

This workshop package includes:

  • 1.5 hour workshop + 1 hour yin yoga
  • Free unlimited access to the online course How to Prioritise Your Self-Care (Inner Sage) for the lifetime of the course [coming soon]
  • Your own electronic copy of the self-care workbook so you walk away with your individual self-care plan
  • Proven strategies and ideas to prioritise new behaviours, in this case your self-care
  • Understanding of how to find the time for self-care
  • Evaluation of your self-care needs
  • Conversations with a small group of 10 likeminded attendees all filled with motivation to prioritise their self-care.
